Douglas Wu, Executive Director, Fairland Holdings<\/p><\/div>\n

Douglas Wu is based in Hong Kong with a background in real estate investment and architecture. He is currently Executive Director of Fairland Holdings, a private real estate development company focused on value-add projects to refurbish and reposition older buildings in Hong Kong and overseas.<\/p>\n

Recent projects include refurbishment of the Fairview Park Town Centre neighborhood mall, and creating a new series of refurbished lifestyle buildings \u2018Spark City\u2019 located in Cheung Sha Wan & Mongkok. Upcoming projects also include upgrading a 40,000 sqft neighborhood mall in To Kwa Wan.<\/p>\n

Douglas obtained a Master of Architecture at Harvard University, and is part of the Executive Committee of ULI Hong Kong. Douglas also serves on the Board of Governors at the ISF Academy in Hong Kong, and is a Founding Patron of M+ Museum.<\/p>\n

Fairland Group is a privately-owned real estate investor and operator based in Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

The company was founded in the 1970\u2019s by Mr. Clifford Wong, an architect and visionary developer who is well-regarded for introducing to Hong Kong the concept of house living lifestyle in a well-planned suburban estate.<\/p>\n

Fairland is also one of the earliest offshore strategic investors in private Chinese enterprise, having made a key investment in Nanshan Group in 1983, a Shenzhen-based conglomerate with focus in real estate and logistics. Fairland remains its largest offshore shareholder today.<\/p>\n

Today, Fairland Group continues to develop its capabilities in value-add projects, with a focus in refurbishing and repositioning commercial properties in Hong Kong. The Group strives to transform projects through meaningful design, and manage quality properties that serve the needs of growing communities.<\/p>\n

Fairland also makes direct property investments as well as co-investments in select overseas markets.<\/p>\n
