Mr. Kim joined Phoenix Property Investors\u2019 Japan investment team in 2019. Prior to joining Phoenix, he was with Partners Group in Singapore covering acquisitions across Asia. He served on the global real estate private equity fund of over USD 10 billion in assets under management. Prior to that, he was at Aetos in the Acquisitions Group focusing on opportunistic investments across Japan. Mr. Kim received his B.A. in Economics from Stanford University.<\/p>\n
