Hubert Chak, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer, SF REIT<\/p><\/div>\n

Mr. Hubert CHAK (“Mr. CHAK”) has extensive experience in real estate and financial industries. He joined Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust, in June 2010 and was its director of finance when he left in December 2018. He was also one of its responsible officers from September 2010 to August 2018.<\/p>\n

Mr. CHAK holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from University of Wales (currently known as Cardiff University) in the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

SF Real Estate Investment Trust (\u201cSF REIT\u201d) is the first logistics properties focused real estate investment trust listed on the Main Board of the HKEx. It is a collective investment scheme authorised by the SFC being managed by SF REIT Asset Management Limited. SF REIT targets to invest in income-generating real estate globally, with an initial focus on logistics properties. Currently, there are four logistics properties in the portfolio of SF REIT within the Greater Bay Area, Yangtze River Delta and Central China.<\/p>\n
