Terence is the Head of Hong Kong, Singapore and Shenzhen. He leads the overall design direction and corporate business strategy across the 3 studios, enhancing Benoy\u2019s core expertise, strengthening cross-border collaboration and unlocking opportunities across existing and future sectors and markets.<\/p>\n

Terence has over 20 years\u2019 international experience in masterplanning, architecture and interior design; creating, managing and delivering world- class and award-winning projects. He is a UK qualified architect and innovative designer at heart, having studied and practiced in Singapore, China and the UK. Terence has a diverse portfolio across Asia, Australia, the Middle East and the UK and he is skilled in delivering various projects from large-scale integrated resorts, masterplanning, mixed-use spaces to experiential retail, hospitality and residential developments.<\/p>\n
